David Veith

David Veith is the President & CEO of Veith Technologies. He is a senior level technology expert with extensive experience in managing critical infrastructure for several industries including finance, construction and restaurant. He is adept at bringing business goals and objectives to life with technical solutions. He also excels at business process analysis and re-engineering manual processes, integrating them into automated work streams.

Before Veith Technologies, David held many positions, such as Vice President at Virtu, Vice President of Global Corporate Information Systems at ITG, Chief Information Officer at Hoenig Inc, (a financial trading firm located in Westchester, NY) and Director of Information Systems at Skanska USA Building, Inc. David has also designed and implemented multiple AV and video distribution solutions for multiple restaurants in Fairfield, CT.

David firmly believes in open conversation, protecting corporate assets through industry-leading cyber security protocols, and enabling greater efficiencies through automated solutions.

Frank Cecere

Frank Cecere holds the position of President & Chief Information Officer with Veith Technologies. As CIO, Frank is responsible for the management strategy of Veith Technologies and its clients, driving all aspects of technology, communications, customer experience, and enterprise management.

Frank previously served as the owner of Charlotte Networks from 2001 to 2021, a market leader in business technology support for the Carolina region. Prior to Charlotte Networks, Frank worked as an IT Director for Skanska USA Building Inc., a $5B construction management company located in New York City.

Preceding Skanska, Frank held positions as a Network Technician and Systems Manager for various projects in and around the greater New York Area. Frank began his career as an Avionics Technician, serving overseas for 6 years as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force.
